Hello, thank you for joining me.

Throughout history, there were philosophers who also use literature to further spread their message like Voltaire, Camus, Rumi, Hamka and many others especially during times when the internet is not known yet. They wrote novels and poems. People can be more interested in the philosopher’s ideas and are easier to accept and view them from a different perspective.

I’m a philosopher and I also love arts as much as I love philosophy and anthropology. Therefore, I decided to write poems to help spread my ideas, refind the artist in me and, last but not least, to express my feelings.

A teacher of mine once said that people who are in love can write well. I’ve been writing articles on politics and philosophy but only lately I discovered I like poetry too. The human feeling of love is what that fuels me to undertake poetry in the first place. Throughout this site, you will stumble upon many pieces revolving around this topic.

If you want to venture the intellectual side of me, which is also decoding the messages of my poems, or viewing my pieces which are not implicit, I welcome you to my other blog.

Poetry is when an emotion has found its thought and the thought has found words.
– Robert Frost

Why do you stay in prison when the door is so wide open?
– Rumi
